The wall I kept slamming into (until this happened)
Jul 22, 2025Turns out, the wall wasn’t the problem…
Picture it: 1997. My first ropes course.
Sixty people watching.
And me, leaping at a 9-foot wall like my life depended on it.
(Spoiler alert: according to the rules—it kind of did.)
Here's what went down...
The mission: get the entire team over the wall before the clock ran out—or we “die.” (Ropes-course dramatic, but it worked.)
And guess what Megan did?
Made sure everyone else got over first.
The 6-foot-tall guy who could’ve easily hauled himself up? I hoisted him over.
So there I was—5'7", scrappy, determined, alone.
Facing a 9-foot wall with no time left and sixty people watching.
I jumped. And jumped. And jumped.
Same move. Same result.
Repeated failure…in front of a crowd.
Finally, the facilitator leaned in:
“Is this working?”
Panting, “No…”
“You might want to try something else.”
But I was panicking.
So I did what most of us do when we’re scared:
I tried harder.
Sound familiar?
Then—something shifted.
I got quiet.
The panic settled.
My thoughts slowed just enough for a new possibility to break through the noise:
What if you don’t need to jump higher?
What if you need to jump differently?
I moved directly under the wall.
Rose up on my tiptoes.
Jumped just high enough to reach waiting hands.
Boom. Pulled over.
Team survived.
Cue the breakthrough.
But here’s the real gold:
The shift didn’t come from more effort.
It came from accessing a different frequency.
The kind that only shows up when you quiet the panic and open to what the field wants to give you.
The quantum field of infinite possibilities doesn’t respond to force.
It responds to receptivity.
So let me ask you…
Where are you jumping at the same damn wall?
🧱 That business strategy you keep tweaking, even though your gut says it’s the wrong model?
🧱 The relationship pattern that never seems to shift, no matter how many conversations you have?
🧱 The health or money goal that you keep attacking with more willpower and more force?
🧱 The never-ending self-help loop that’s really just more ways to fix what's not broken?
Here’s what I know now:
Quantum leaps don't come from pushing harder.
They come from accessing a different level of consciousness.
From making choices sourced in stillness, not strategy.
From tuning into the invisible architecture of reality—the levers you can't see, but can absolutely feel.
That's where the magic lives.
And that's where everything changes.
Last week, I talked about the difference between visible and invisible levers.
My wall-flailing? 100% visible lever energy. Force. Effort. Strain.
But the breakthrough?
It came from listening—to my intuition, my energy, the Field.
That was the invisible lever.
And it changed everything in an instant.
Try this:
- Think of one place you’ve been “jumping at the wall.”
- Get quiet. Three deep breaths.
- Ask the quantum field:
“What invisible lever am I not seeing here?
What completely different approach wants to emerge?”
Then listen—not with your logical mind.
Listen with your whole being.
The answer might feel like a whisper.
A flicker.
And then … go on with your day.
Let it go to make space for new awareness to come.
May take a few days or even a few weeks for the new awareness to bubble up.
But I promise it will be worth it.
It takes practice to receive when you’re used to pushing.
It takes courage to trust ease over effort.
It takes support to shift from doing alone…
To being guided by the field itself.
You don’t have to do it the hard way anymore.
Your quantum leap is one conversation away.
In love + play,
Megan
